Do children still collect coins?

I've cleared out the cupboard under the stairs and as well as enough Euros to buy us an inexpensive meal if we ever get to go abroad again, I've also found coins from various work trips and holidays. So US, Canada, China, Denmark, Cape Verde. It feels weird throwing money away but I can't do much with them. Would anyone want them?

I think some charities collect them if no one here does?

It's a bit of a feeble donation, I think the Chinese ones are worth about 00000000.000001p each.

The M&S bureaux de change have collection tins that take all kind of currency and give it to charity.

Cube collects coins so I’m sure other children must do! There’s a few coin collecting Facebook groups and I reckon if you pop them on your local Facebook marketplace someone will snap them up.
