The first is a dad st school, who swore at me and my friend (if you weren't blocking the FUCKING pavement...) for having the audacity to be stood on the pavement (absolutely loads of people stand on the pavement because there's NOWHERE ELSE we're allowed to stand because the playground is still forbidden fruit), and there's an unused bus lay-by that everyone spills out onto so I really don't know what his problem is.

The second is my MIL who I'm sure pushed to move to WSM in part to move away from her step daughters and one, and now the other has moved down there eventually anyway

Jira is great! It’s part of the suite of products my company support so I’m heavily biased but I do genuinely think it’s very good (providing it’s been set up correctly!)

I like Jira too, Toast - I have a bespoke set up on it and it works really well.

Sorry, that was a bit of a random post from me there. I do think it's great though (and would be happy to help anyone who needs it).

ServiceNow was a contributing factor in my leaving my last job. I was just slightly triggered at the mention of it (Obviously that was more to do with my company's handling of it, as always, rather than the product. )

I'm sorry I've made everyone talk about software! I was trying to think of an IWLTS of my own to bring things back on topic but I haven't got any. Someone come up with one quickly!

We have service now for all our IT stuff and I hate it so I hope the new place has something different.

I've thought of one. Just show me a bloody floorplan! I don't want to see shome ridiculous 3D effort (although I appreciate some might find them useful) or interactive walkthrough. I just want an old-fashioned floorplan so I can, you know, look at the plan of the floor.

Asking us to write fake positive Glassdoor reviews to drown out the truthful, candid and scathing negative ones is pretty much a sign they're right.

Also the positive ones are so hollow and through-gritted-teeth in style they're as funny as the negative ones. Reading the column, you can imagine besuited stakeholders frantically tapping out 'there are no cons, what a company, love being part of the family'
