Me neither Sal - I imagine them feeling heavy/ uncomfortable on the skin, so have never tried. Report back, please.
I always think perfume samples are a bit of a swizz, given brands give away samples all the time.
Jam today is good though - strawberry & verbena.

I’ve used a setting spray in the past, it gives your face a slightly off feeling of not being able to move much which I quite liked. And it held all my make up on whenever I used it.
I got another candle today, this time is Rose scented

That's exactly what I expect and fear! Good that you like it though, Hazey!

Yeah, I imagine it'll feel like having hairspray on your face

Today had two gifts! One was a Philip Kingsley Elasticiser, I have used this before and was never very impressed but I'll give it another go. The other was an eyeshadow brush (the brand is Delilah? ) which is handy as I needed one of those.

Has anyone seen the hoo ha over the Chanel advent calendar? It’s like the Zoella horror but a billion times more expensive? Gifts include a tiny mirror, a flicker book and other awful tat.

I’ve just had a google, thanks for the tip Luna. Why would anyone think people paying £600 for a beauty calendar are going to be happy with 6 days of stickers and bookmarks? Ouch!

Today’s jam is apricot and lavender. I remember feeling a bit dubious about this last year but ending up thinking it was quite nice and not like soap at all.

I was really excited to try today’s jam, peach & jasmine flower, but I couldn’t taste the jasmine. I’ve been a bit disappointed with the jams so far to be honest.

Mine was Elizabeth Arden Retinol capsules, I don't know if I'll use them but I might give them a go.

I’ve watched a few reveal videos as the vloggers can’t hide how angry they are.
Those weird wax seal things. 5 days of stickers. Children’s bracelets, unmarked sample tub!

Same here, I couldn’t taste any jasmine in it at all.Pippedydeadeye wrote: ↑Tue Dec 07, 2021 11:05 pm I was really excited to try today’s jam, peach & jasmine flower, but I couldn’t taste the jasmine. I’ve been a bit disappointed with the jams so far to be honest.
I think this may be my last year of Bonne Maman calendars unless the gift is really good.

Today Omorovicza Refining Face Polisher 30ml - which I have had before and will definitely use

My Bonne Maman calendar arrived yesterday so the peach and jasmine was the first I had. I don’t know that I’d even recognise jasmine as a flavour anyway!

I had the Bonne Maman calendar a few years ago and haven't bothered again.
George was miffed that there was no chocolate in the Tony's calendar today. He thought it was a mistake or it had fallen down but on there's an explanation for each day and it's a 15% off code for their web shop.

That's rubbish. I'd be miffed too!
I haven't posted every day but so far have a couple of sparkly nail polishes, a couple of non-sparkly, a base coat and a top coat. I can't see it varying much.
