Lottery syndicate - WWYD?

I’ve been the organiser of a lottery syndicate for a few years. There were 9 of us originally, one person left a year ago and then someone else left about 6 months ago. People transfer me £10 a month and I buy 9 tickets a week. I didn’t ever get round to reducing the number of tickets when people left so I still pay for 9 tickets a week even though only 7 people now play.
We’re going to wind the syndicate up now and I’m trying to work out what to do with the pot of winnings.
I’ve worked out what 1/9th of the pot was when the first person left, what 1/8th was when the second person left and then I’ve split the current balance 7 ways.
I think this is the most equitable way of doing it, as it’s definitely my fault that I haven’t changed the direct debit and continued to pay for two extra tickets a week so the other option of splitting the pot 9 ways and me taking 3/9th seems wrong, but then everyone else has been benefitting from two extra tickets per week…
It makes about £15 difference - the pot would be about £75 per person split 7 ways and £60 per person split 9 ways.
