I keep catching sight of myself in the mirror and wondering where all the shiny ginger went :))

Much better, thank you, and also tipsy. The two things may be related - it was so scary going out but I did it and it was OK.

Good. Feeling better is good no matter why. Well done for going out, it must have felt very strange.

It looks so lovely and healthy and shiny and swooshy, Rosy. I’m glad you felt safe.

My eyebrow place (they solely do brows and lashes) is so well set up. To be honest, having also taken the kids to the dentist last week, the brow girls are just as good if not better with their measures.

I'm all swishy with fewer greys! It was a nice experience for the most part :look:

Its not much shorter but she's taken loads of weight off it.

Ignore the gormlessness.

That looks very nice. How was the salon in terms of hygiene, etc?

S, my hairdresser was good. She has half the salon and the other half is the nail bar which I wasn't overly impressed with but that might have been due to the client being a dickhead in what she was talking about. I have to remember that other people have different 'normals' and what they are comfortable with. I would have asked the technician to wear her mask properly but

S had on a face shield and I asked if she wanted me to wear a mask but she said no so I didn't. She thoroughly cleaned anything that came in contact with me and before she used anything so I felt quite safe and the salon in general was very clean.

This is what it all comes down to, isn't it? I'm glad yours was broadly ok, but so much of this boils down to whether we're willing/able to ask complete strangers to behave the way we want them to.

That looks amazing Bramble!

The salon this morning was great, everyone kept separate and we were in our little family bubble. Chunk wasn’t hugely happy about the mask or having his hair washed, but it felt as close to normal as it could have been, and very clean.

It looks lovely! I'm very jealous. I'm getting proper pangs for going to the hairdresser now :(

That looks lovely, Bramble.

I look like a witch at the moment. My hair is huge and my balayage is now basically fried ginger ends with grey roots. :flirt:

Salons are open so I could make an appointment but I wish I’d gone a month ago when cases were lower rather than being sat at home being Judgy McJudge.

I think mine might be too blonde. I’m getting used to it.

Not too blonde at all in my opinion! It's very summery.
