Ooh, well done Emma!
I’ve been wearing Diptyque Fleur de Peau as my weekend away scent. Ella gave it to me.

Woo hoo. I sort of liked it but it’s a bit overpowering on me.

I’d been wearing Eau Capitale that she gave me - it was one of those very generous samples from the advent calendar, I thinkPippedydeadeye wrote: ↑Sun Mar 19, 2023 11:39 am Ooh, well done Emma!

I just bought the tulip shower gel. I’m going all in!

I’ve gone spring today with scent & put on Jo Malone Nashi Blossom. It’s slap you round chops fresh.

Thank you Pip, that has taught me the correct word for an Asian pear.
I am also going spring with D&G Imperatrice, one of my many rhubarb scents.

I'm on Molecule 01. I think this is my signature scent. I've gone through bottles of the stuff.

Did you get any other samples? My discovery box arrived and I really like all of them although I am not sure if they're a bit masculine for me.

I’ve been wearing Diptyque Eau Rose this week as mum got a great wee set on her flight over here and gave it to me (has the perfume, body lotion, face cream and a lip balm)

Only just seen this. The CM was part of a Red magazine beauty box. I really can’t get on with unisex scents. That CKone craze in the 90s

Sali H is all about perfume this morning. I’d like the try the J-C Ellena one she mentioned, I agree with her about him being our greatest living perfumer.
I was wearing Tam Dao yesterday which really put me in mind of Jo Malone Orange Bitters (just the woodiness, it’s not at all fruity). And this week I did treat myself to a very generous spritzing from the La Tulipe sample I have. Every year I look to buy it and every year I boggle at the price and chicken out.

What a lovely gift, Est! I am still looking for a perfect true rose scent but I don't think the Diptyque one is mine. I do absolutely love their rose candle though.
I am spritzing La Tulipe as it's PEAK season and I love it so much (S bought me the large bottle because he thought it was better value )

Paul Smith Rose is an excellent true tea rose.
I might think about getting it for my birthday later this month.

I fear one of the Byredo roses may be the one. I had a spritz in Seattle years ago which is the first time I heard of the brand. It is so $$$ though
I will decant some La Tulipe for you if I can find an atomiser, Pip!

M&S velvet rose is an excellent dupe for Chanel 5

Predictably, the M&S Apothecary Ease scent that SH recommends was sold out in my local branch, but for £4 I picked up a sample pack of all 4 to try. They really are very nice.

Warmth is apparently a dupe for La Labo Santal.

I have the mini set and Ease is my least favourite. The top note smells like gone off pineapple to me. I usually like Sali’s choices but that one is a no from me.
