I bet the person whose job it is to put that together can’t believe they’re still getting away with it.

Or hasn't tried Elasticizer?

I stocked up on some moisturiser on Look Fantastic yesterday so am getting a 'Best of Beauty GWP Bag 2023'. With fucking elasticizer in it. I'd love to know if anybody has ever actually purchased it rather than got it for free!

I wonder how many unused / half used tubes of it there are scattered around the country.

My former colleague loves Elasticizer, so I always give her the samples I get.

I’ve reached that point with my advent calendar that it just feels like clutter and I want to open the remaining doors to get it out of the way. :) I am really pleased though, so many products I’ve wanted to try & they’ve all been good.

I love opening mine each day, I shall miss it.

I got a weird thing with no branding I recognise yesterday, a serum I suppose? Today I had two perfumes, I can’t quite smell them because I’ve got motherfucking covid but I think I’m going to really like the Hermetica once my nostrils are back in power.

I mean, you’ve been getting doubles in the Liberty one, so it definitely has the value.

Today was the Procollagen marine renewing serum in mine. And Miller Harris Powdered Veil.

I think the value is great but some of the repetition is a bit questionable. There are only so many serums you/one can use, and I definitely don’t need two hair oils 😅

I’ve had about 5 cleansers in Elemis’s, but I’m happy about that.

That’s good you’re happy but I’m not. A bit more variety I would’ve liked. There’s no cleansers so far, the only moisturiser is specifically for dark spots which I think is too niche, hair oils plural is too much. Too many perfumes as well.

Princess Humbug has spoken.

I would be annoyed with that. Hair stuff is no good for me, I’m too particular about it, and it’s never for my hair type. I think perfume is a bit of a cop out too. I’m sorry you’re disappointed.

(I got another cleanser this morning. It’s one I’ve tried before and wasn’t fussed by so I will give this one to Squeak.)

I’m over it and pleased I only spent £60 for it. So it’s worth it for the things I do like.

Yours is cleanser heavy!

And I’ve just looked and it is almost the same contents exactly as last year’s calendar so I don’t think I’d get it again because of that. It’s been a nice treat/apology from C/way to try products I wanted to try.

What was the perfume?

Today I got the Charming (?) Constance perfume by Penhaligons and it was the long awaited Pro-Collagen cleansing balm & cloth. It smells great.

The cleansing balm is amazing. I have the rose one at the moment and it smells and feels so good.
