Let us know what you think. I use City Block every day, though I've moved to the plain Clinique 40 spf cream as it's a bit cheaper and bigger and goes on really well.

I will. I want one that doesn't pill or make my foundation slide off. I've bought DCL stuff before. It was a toss up between that and a NeoStrata one.

I bought a CC cream that made my foundation pill horribly. Never known anything like it. Had to bin it in the end.

I think DCL generally gets good reviews. Marth, I can’t remember where you stand on this stuff so it might not be pertinent, but City Block has fish in it (unless that has changed very recently).

I really like DCL stuff. I did however buy the Alpha H sunblock, 50 spf and have not bought anything else since. Best sunblock ever I think, it's totally matte, no shine, makeup goes over it perfectly and it lasts v well.

My absolute favourite is the Giorgio Armani UV Master Primer SPF40 in Beige. It’s amazing, and the filters are photostable. No spots.

I always use that Alpha H spf 50, Cosmo, I've just bought a new one.

Yeah, that is a bit unpleasant. I eat fish but I don’t want to smear it over my face before I go to work in the morning.

Oh yuck. I was planning to buy Biore when the Clinique ran out but I'm not using that again.

If you can get hold of it then Sephora own brand waterproof eyeliner is unbudgeable.

I just bought another Nars eye primer - I've tried several and that one is the best, as long as you apply it quickly as it dries otherwise.

I've swapped from mineral foundation to this stuff as I don't need foundation on a daily basis and I love the glow:

That looks nice, Lily. Is it shimmery? Do you know how it compares to the Hourglass ones? I need something along those lines.

It doesn't shimmer, it just lifts your face a bit if that makes any sense. I looked at the Hourglass bronzer which was really nice but too expensive.

Ooh, that sounds like just what I need. I was looking at the Hourglass dim light powder in the travel size which is only £19 and also very tempting.

I’ve used my Ndulge points to buy a mini Hourglass powder and LQ Mornin’ Sunshine lipstick.

Which powder did you get? My trio is still going strong nearly 2.5 years after I bought it, with almost daily use. It’s turned out to be great value.
