I prefer the intensive one, but I have pretty dry/dehydrated skin.

I’ve never tried the normal one so you don’t care what I think. :) I really like the intensive though and you get so much for your money.

There’s some good deals on Boots No 7 this weekend. I could do with replacing my Hydraluminous foundation but I think I can wait a few more weeks.

Thank you all! I will go for the intensive one. I feel like a prune so it seems like the best option anyway :))

Being near a Deciem store this week, I went a little mad and bought the red AHA peeling stuff (can’t remember the name, should look it up), the salicylic mask and the 5% lactic acid. I used to have the 10% but I think there was something not right about it or I stored it incorrectly.

I've posted about this elsewhere but Turtles may love this brand: https://meowmeowtweet.com/ Their skin cream comes in a glass jar, isn't horribly expensive, is gorgeous (more like an balm, but it doesn't leave an oily film) and has been given the thumbs up by my dermatologist. No more Cetaphil! :ttth:

I've got a couple of M&S 20% off codes going spare if anyone wants one.

Dr Sam’s flawless moisturiser is totes lush. Really moisturising without being greasy. Better than Drunk Elephant Protini for a lot less money.

Where can you buy it from?

I got it online on her website. I’m interested to try the other bits now.

I have a half used Dr Sam Cleanser if anyone wants? I can't get on with it.

I bought a few Trinny pots and I bloody love them.

Touch of Foundation is perfect for weekends, the blusher blends like a dream and the Lip Love is a shimmery stain but so flattering.
I was very skeptical but they've got me. I want more.

Were the colours as expected, Red?

I’ve hovered over buying Trinny stuff loads of times but I think it’s quite pricey and she never has offers :verm:

Yes they were. I am surprised at how accurate they are to the descriptions.
They do a Match2Me profile which I wasn't sure about but its worked so far.

This is good to know, I'm really intrigued by BFF which looks like a tinted moisturiser with great coverage.

I popped into John Lewis to get some Hourglass bronzer, and they had 15% off! I was planning to get the mascara from Space NK but I got it from there, and the brow gel too.

I needed more of the No. 7 Hydraluminous foundation and since it was on BOGOHP, I decided to try the custom drops to blend into moisturiser/primer for weekends.

Today I bought everything I saw with Niacinamide in, which was the Inkey List serum and Revolution essence spray.

I also found REN Wake Wonderful night cream in the M&S half price sale, and given I find this to be almost as good as Good Genes, it would have been crazy bot to grab one. I didn’t empty the shelves though, I’m about to finish one and have two in reserve now.

I've recently started a couple of Pestle & Mortar products - the hyaluronic serum and the retinoid night oil. I hate the serum and love the oil.

The serum doesn't seem to do much and it's impossible to get the right amount - too little and it all vanishes on your hands before you even reach your face and too much so I end up doing face, chest and hands! The oil has that pleasing (!) slightly curry smell which reminds me of good genes. It's rich enough not to need a moisturiser and my skin looks really glowy since I started using it.

I ordered an Inkey lactic acid serum yesterday to get free postage on my amazon order for washable makeup-remover pads - my other set is in London and I much prefer them to cotton wool pads, quite apart from the eco aspect.

I really liked the effect that the Pestle and Mortar retinol gave me, but I really hated the smell.
