Thanks Edith. I contacted customer services, who gave me a (yodel) tracking number which showed the parcel has been reported as missing, so they are going to send another.

Mine is here, but has anyone else not been able to use their credit to actually buy something? I’ve tried entering the barcode number on the vouchers/gift cards section at check out, but it doesn’t recognise it.

I haven't tried either. I hope you can get it sorted without too much strife, I had a missing parcel in December and found their customer services dreadful.

How are folk finding the contents of the box? I used the shampoo - no effect - and the Sarah Chapman night oil which is very nice. The body cream is also good, but I'd definitely never pay the price for a full time as it's not that much different to far cheaper ones in my opinion.

Mine arrived today! The deo is so cute and tiny! I'm not impressed with the miniscule Sisley sample though.

My SIL is still waiting and customer services have not replied to her query. :(

Did anyone receive a box in February? I’ve just realised that I didn’t.

Ignore me - it’s every three months so the next one is April.

Has anyone received this quarter's box yet? I've just found mine in the porch, I had no notification that it was coming so it was quite the surprise. I'm pretty pleased with everything inside except one but I won't do any spoilers for now.

Mine arrived yesterday and I am really pleased with it. Just one thing that I’m slightly dubious about but I’m going to have a go on it anyway :))

One of the items is full sized and £69, so we're definitely getting our money's worth.

I spent some of my saved ££s on a hair care box this month too, which has some lovely things in and felt free.

Oh, exciting! I'm away atm but will be home tomorrow evening. :fc: for a parcel (I don't mind spoilers!).

I saw the hair box, Tabs, it looked gorgeous.

That hair care box looks really good.

I tried the £69 item last night and it seemed to be very effective. Two thumbs up fresh from me, so far.

Ooh, that's good to know. I will save it, and most likely forget I have it by the time the need next hits me.

The item I was doubtful about was the hair oil, since it's for coarse / curly / afro and I am a limp / wavy / white girl. However, I'm not leaving the house today so thought I might as well give it a whirl and my hair looks pretty good. I used a tiny, tiny splodge on damp hair which I left to airdry.

Had anyone tried the perfume? Unexpectedly, I really love it.

Eta. My £69 has a v imminent use by date, so it may be worth checking yours if you are planning to save it for a while.
