Re: Advent calendars?
Those are all nice things, Dands, but would have been better spread out. I love a foaming cleanser particularly.
I got a very small leave-in Aveda strengthening hair treatment today. I'm not sure I need strong hair, I feel this one might get left in a drawer.

I actually have the full size of this, Tabs, and I really like it.

Today’s Liberty one was a bit disappointing, I thought. (I already have it and stopped using it a while back.) It’s a miniature of an Aveda leave-in conditioner.

I was a bit disappointed too… it felt like a sample compared to the other things we’ve had :spoilt:

It’s Botanical Repair. The leave-in one.

Re: Advent calendars?
I would quite like a cleanser as so far I’ve only had make up. This morning was an eye pencil in the same shade as the lip products from last week and over the weekend I got a triple eyeshadow in neutral browny shades, plus a brush to pop it on with.

They are! Last night we celebrated St Nicholas here with an evening of gifts. From my mum I got a huge Rituals scented candle: Green Cardamom. It smells divine!

Wow, it does everything!
Green cardamom sounds amazing.
Peony Couture perfume for me (and presumably all of us) today. I hadn’t heard of it (but I’m sure Pip has!) but it’s lovely from what I’ve sniffed so far.

It’s lovely. And has immense staying power! Fragrance usually disappears on me after a couple of hours - four at most - but this one is still chugging along after almost twelve hours and only two squirts.

Today we got a Dr Barbara Sturm vitamin C serum called The Good C. Her products are always so insanely expensive that I’d never buy them but I don’t mind giving this a whirl. Anybody tried it?
