What jeans are we meant to wear now?

A while back I bought these slim fit jeans and have been living in them ever since! They have a high waist, which I've never had before and never realised how incredibly comfy it is. Now when I wear my low waisted jeans I feel like I'm being cut in half when I sit down.

I love dungarees, I bought myself a denim pair but have only worn them once, as when I did A spent the day whistling dexies midnight runners (or whatever they were called!) at me and my FIL asked me if I was going to paint something.

Mr D would do exactly the same thing, which is why I don't own any dungarees although I love them.

All of these jeans you're posting pictures of would make me look even more of a frumpy sack of shit than I do already. There's no way I could pull off mom jeans or cropped flares, so I've just tried on a pair of these, and they are SO much more flattering than my shit skinnies. I wouldn't wear them with the 90s sandals, but otherwise I really like them.

Somebody tell me it's ok to wear these now .

My recent fat face jeans are essentially that silhouette, and I love them. Hope this doesn't put you off

Also footwear is so much easier than with skinnies.

A few weeks I put some bootcut jeans in a bag for the charity shop because I thought they were frightfully unfashionable.

Sadly for the hospice I have not yet dropped them off and I’m going to dig them back out again

Mom jeans would look disgusting on me. I bought something called girlfriend jeans ( cringey name) which are essentially straight with a bit of a turn up. I don’t look too hideous in them I don’t think..I could be kidding myself.
