If anyone's interested in how this turned out, Vinted have made a gesture of refunding me the cost of the top (27 EUR), and it looks like they're refunded the buyer, too. Such a shame the item was lost as it was a really pretty Sandro top.

I've just been contacted by someone who's interested in meeting up for a sale in person. When I've done this before, the buyer has always paid in cash. This buyer (who has loads of good reviews- 444 to be exact) has asked if I can give her my bank details so she can do an instant bank transfer when we meet. Has anyone had experience of this?

I do it a lot on FB marketplace. You just make sure the £ is in your account before handing over the item.

I listed several items yesterday and have had messages from 3 separate German accounts saying they want to buy an item. Not buying it, and not asking for a price reduction. I stereotypically expect Germans to say what they mean, and I don't know what the messages are for

I also got a message from someone asking if the long coat I'm selling, including the length in the description, will arrive at her ankles...

I replied restating the length, and she said she doesn't have a tape measure and told me her height :ella:

I love it when that happens.

I had something like that this week - one person sent me a million questions about a really cheap item and I was dreading answering them when someone else bought it. Such relief!

I bought some sports pants for J1 and was really looking forward to surprising him with them. However, when I opened the package it had pleated trousers inside! Grrr, had to go through the hassle of sending them back and waiting till the other buyer returns my item...

On the other hand, the German who said they were interested in buying a belt, then how long it was (obviously in the listing), then asked me if they could buy now, did end up buying.

A question... A seller has asked me how she can bundle up some of my purchases to save on postage.

I thought I had that option on as I have bundle discounts ticked but set to zero.

Am i missing some other setting?

I've always had to manually adjust postage, and as a buyer I think I create a bundle then wait for the adjustment.

I thought all bundles were automatic now? I just get notifications that x has bought a bundle.

Similar to PG, I had someone who favourited and I sent her a discount. She wanted me to do loads of measurements, loads of questions, then she wanted me to reserve it. I asked how long for and she said until her money on a sale came through 'shouldn't be more than a few days'. So I said no, and someone else just bought at full price.

Ha!

Yes, to actually answer your specific point, I don't think there's any settings for bundle postage, only for discount on the items.
