That’s a very nice dress, Epp and looks perfect for a Mallorcan wedding.

I’m wearing in these bad boys this morning.

Epponnee Rae wrote: Sat Oct 01, 2022 7:18 pm After ordering and hating/being too fat for five different dresses, I finally found a dress for the Mallorca wedding. Still Farm Rio, but I actually read the invite and the dress code is ‘flamboyant garden chic’ so I think this’ll do. Also it is very comfortable and flattering. Now I just need shoes!
A "flamboyant garden chic" dress code would be my nemesis but your dress has nailed it! I think it will really suit you. There are Esska shoes in the Anthro sale, blush pink which would work with your dress and would also be versatile.

I went to an Elsie’s Attic warehouse/sample sale this morning and was instantly allured to this dress. I chucked it on over my vest & jeans and quite liked the colour. Then I got home & discovered the pockets!

Very nice, and bonus pockets!

Elvis and I both picked up boots in M&S kids dept, then discovered they were 20% off whilst in the queue. :perky:

She’s a 1, I’m a 5. Sproglette is a 4 and already eyeing up my shoe collection.

Not too far off then!

My kids have relatively small feet in comparison to their friends and pretty much all G's female friends have much bigger feet than me! I'm a 5 too and they are already size 7 or 8 at 12/13. My 9 year old nephew was wearing size 5 when I saw him in August!!!

T and I are the same size now so I’m always stealing his crocs to avoid buying my own.

He also wants a pair of white Nike Air Force 1s (he really is my child) and I’ve agreed as we can share them and they’ll be mine when he outgrows them as they’re way more than I’d spend on kids shoes.

J and I have the same sized feet too. I’m looking forward to inheriting his latest pair of Air Jordans! I also often throw his slides on that live by the back door rather than go find my own shoes.

That’s a really lovely dress, Pip!

That's a great dress, Pip!

My friend's 11 year old has outgrown her threes and fours so I've got several pairs of barely worn expensive trainers hand me upped from her.

MrW keeps pulling a face and says he doesn't like the rainbow one but can't say why. Can anyone see any flaws with the design?

Cerise, I asked him that and he still said he's not sure :ella:

I'm going to keep it because it makes me smile.
