£300 in a couple of days is amazing.
I favourite mainly in the hope that I'll get sent a discount, but also to compare stuff (like if I'm looking for a unicorn t-shirt I can favourite a few options and then look at the shortlist).
I find there's often no rhyme or reason to what sells when you look at the amount of favourites, sometimes it has zero and then someone just buys it, sometimes they'll have loads and take ages to sell.

I sell books on there, since charity shops aren't really a thing here, and some bloody bozo who bought from me forgot to pick the book up in time so it's been sent back to me. Am rapidly going off Vinted.

Re: Vinted
I've had enough of Vinted from a selling point of view. They piss me off. Loads of people wanted to buy my empty Liberty advent boxes for ££ but Vinted wouldn't have it.

Re: Vinted
Why is that disco?
I’ve been doing ok clearing a bit of space in my wardrobe and building up a balance to spend on replacing what I’ve sold.
Annoyingly, the denim shorts that arrived while I was away have a broken zip puller. I asked Sproglette to check they were what I ordered as I wouldn’t be back in time to raise any issues, but never thought to get her to check the zip! Ah well, they were cheap for BNWT so even replacing the zip works out cheaper than buying new.

This is their reason. They close the chat so you can’t reply with a note at the bottom telling you cannot appeal.

Re: Vinted
Bugger, can you sell them on eBay?
I've had 2 Vinted experiences today: one good, one bad. One wonderful seller went out of her way to send me a dress for a party tomorrow (was dreading it as NOTHING fits as I've put on so much weight - but this £8 dress, which arrived today, is perfect).
On the other hand I sold a £4 dress and the buyer has come back saying it's "damaged" as there's "bobbling" on the chest. The only things I can see are a couple of tiny bits where the linen seems to have 'caught' during manufacture (I've got them on my other dresses, one of which has never been worn). I had to ask her to explain what she meant. I guess if I accept a return at least she has to pay postage?

Yes, offer a return but she pays postage and I bet she won't bother.

Re: Vinted
To be fair, she's now sent a picture of the back of the skirt and I guess it's a bit bobb-lier? She has been perfectly pleasant so I have invited her to send it on and am paying the return fee. That's only only right. It's still bloody £4 though.
