I think this is a good rule generally - and that jumper looks very cosy and perfect for beaches and dogs.
I hadn't realised that you'd injured yourself, Lily - hope you're on the mend very soon.

Thank you - I've had my kneecap replaced. Now I just need to find a dog and a beach - fisherman optional.

Although good quality jumper + dog can be a bad mix, I remember from years ago.
OK, my jumper wasn't that good quality- it was from Etam- but I remember our wee dog had his way with it. ☺

It was - much more than I anticipated, but it hasn't put me off having the other one done, so it isn't that bad. On the plus side I've got a lot of reading time in.
My friend's rabbit had his way with one of her Goofy slippers. She binned it, which to me seemed rather a waste, but I guess it felt a bit - defiled.

I like the jumper, Lils.
I tried this on in M&S today and am very allured to it but can wait until the 20% off friends and family comes around. It's really easy to wear and flattering.

Boden has some lovely dresses in the catalogue that came today. Of course, I really like the most expensive one.

That's lovely Wendy, like a pacer
I only ever seem to get mini Boden catalogues sent through.

Ooh that dress is named after me :))
I would not look like the model though and would bulge the stripes out unattractively so I am not tempted.

Yes, I fear this is what would happen to me too. Like I had badly photoshopped myself. It is a lovely dress though.
I am mad about this, but it's a bit on the expensive side for me.

I love the colour though.

I always just wash silk in cold water and it's fine. :woteva:
Anyway, I have checked the exchange rate and have decided that I can just about afford it. As a treat, for being so sensible this month.

That is lovely, Z. It's a lot of money, but I think it's pretty good value for silk.

It's a really pretty colour, and will feel nice to wear. I also love the pacer dress. (And I would have referred to it that way too! When did they stop making Pacers?)
