I guess it's good to get rid then! I'd paid too, she waited for about seven days without sending it, then messaged and said she'd found a tiny mark and did I still want it? I very politely asked for a photo and then she just said 'I'm not selling it now' and cancelled.

I did get my money back but it was very strange.

I’ve got about £100 pending now too, which is very pleasing for things I’d mostly forgotten I owned. I’ve definitely gone for just price most things at a £5er and accept £4 type strategy to get rid, suspect I am underselling too but then equally I can’t be arsed waiting months for stuff to go.

There’s items I’ve favourited on there ages ago that are still up for sale, who can be arsed with that?

I can't believe how many things Pov listed!

I've listed a few more things today and have sold some things too. Soon it will be time to open my vac packed bags of spring/ summer clothes so I'll see what I've got to sell from those.

I listed 15 things and it took me ages. Mainly the ironing and photos and measuring.

My mum went crazy in the Sainsbury's sale and bought about 12 summer dresses all size 20. I might sell them all as a bundle for her.

I think it helped that they were all the same size so I just copy and pasted the same blurb in the comments, also totes didn’t measure anything 🤣 just went on putting brand and size.

My InPost item has been delivered, phew. I’m nervous about everything arriving and being okay. I must have checked at least three times that I was sending the right package to the right person but I’m still convinced something will be wrong!

Omg! Someone’s selling the exact same dress as me that I’m selling because it’s too small, except theirs is a larger size. So tempted to buy it, I love that dress!

Yes definitely do it! Most of my vinted/ebay purchases are buying something in the next size up for Liv after she's grown out of it. Or straight up repeat purchases of items I love sometimes in different colour ways but sometimes the exact same. I have 3 navy j crew / saint james breton tops :george:

She’s also selling the matching scarf that I’ve also got, mine’s got a stain (probably sun cream) that wouldn’t come out :dotty:. Anyway I’ve done a bundle request thing for the princely discount of £1.50 so I hope I get it.

And I hope if do, that it fits and I don’t end up with two of the bloody things to try and get rid of .

This happened to me... A dress I thought I'd have to consign to the past turned up in the next size. I was thrilled! Glad it has worked out for you.

That#s great about the replacement dresses!

I haven't bought anything from Vinted but I've sold six things now. My Inpost item arrived with no problem.

The replacement dress fits perfectly and I love it! I’m going to wear it every single day in the summer :)).

All my sales have completed, so I have swapped unworn clothes that are too small and make me feel bad, for £135 to put towards new clothes that fit :dotty:.

That's excellent on both counts. I had 15 this for sale and have 4 left to sell. I'm off to post the latest 4 items. I did reduce these 4 but only by a pound they they then sold pretty much immediately.

I also sold a Jubilee coin on eBay for £200 which is going straight to my Scotland roadtrip fund.
