Excellent work both!

I've still got lots for sale but recently uploaded so I'm letting them stay as they are for now. I've made about ten sales and my balance is building up. I've got a few dresses in the wash to go on, more shoes waiting in the wings and soon I'll open my spring/ summer clothes vac bags. I'm expecting there to be a few items in there suitable to go on.

What do you pack yours in? I had some proper postage bags left over from when I used to sell more on eBay, but I've finished them. I do recycle my packaging but I don't have enough at the moment.

Mine have all been very small skincare products so I've been making packaging out of bubble wrap and some thick brown paper that came as packaging for something else. Plus Monk has so many deliveries I'm getting quite a lot of stuff to use/ cobble together. I need to buy more parcel tape though.

I've uploaded a few more things today and sold two which I've just been to drop off.

I bought some tissue paper and plastic mailing bags ages ago so I'm using those at the moment.

I’ve been reusing delivery packaging. My boss also gave me some padded envelopes as we had spares of a size that we don’t use so if I sell any more things, then I’ve got those.

I actually took a photo the other day ago show my friend as we are vinted support buddies :)).

I’ve just sold some unopened spare pillowcases for £8 that no longer match the duvet cover which has faded 🤪. Brand new stuff seems to sell really well so I’ll be hunting round for anything else that I bought then ended up not needing.

Interesting. I have a new quilt and pillows that I don't need

I think I've priced my latest stuff too cheaply but everything I listed yesterday has sold.

I must admit I much prefer to get something, even if it's just a few pounds as otherwise I'd be giving it away.

I'm going to take down all my dresses and re-list them again next week.

I forgot to say well done to you, Marth and Disco for the amount you have sold!

Me too, and this lot of stuff I would have just kept and never ever worn or I would have given it to the charity shop.

It does seem like no one wants to pay much for stuff on here, which I think is ok for some things, but maybe not for others.

I've just had a flurry of adding more items. I'm going to reduce the prices on some of my older items but not until this snowy phase has passed as i don't want to have to go out excessively.

I like the fact you don't get charged a selling fee on Vinted. I sold a dress on eBay and got charged almost £5 for the privilege, the greedy sods. I have FINALLY sold a Barbour jacket I bought on Vinted several months ago which was too small so I am v pleased about that.

They often do 80 percent of selling fees. I sold something for 210 approx and only had to pay £5.

I was most aggrieved to have to go out in this weather to post a £4 skirt.

As I would be! I've got everything I need and don't anticipate needing to leave the house until next week.

Got my first iffy message about a White Stuff top I sold. I put chest measurements in and it's definitely not a 12. I've responded but I really don't think a refund of money off is in order do you?

I've bought loads of stuff that didn't fit. I've just sucked it up.

They’re just trying it, you gave measurements along with size. I think you’re response is fine, I’d ignore and move on,
