That's why I don't look on these threads very often!

Did you not want the ones I got Lils? They go up to size 5.5.

I'm a size 6 :clodhopper: I also have to be very careful with shoes because of my foot problems. :ella: I will enjoy yours vicariously.

I received a 20% discount from Baukjen and have ordered this. I'm trying to adopt Livilla's way of shopping: a few quality pieces once in a while. I don't have a summery blouse, and I really love the look, feel and quality of this.

I've also ordered a pair of these to see what they're like:

I found a pair of trousers I’d forgotten I have this morning when digging out some shorts to wear. I popped them on straight from the shower and they fit beautifully and are like a pair I’d been looking at online in khaki or pale pink (mine are beige). Obviously I then took them off and realised I’d stained them with body oil. :ella:

ETA: some fairy liquid and a second run through the machine and they’re fine. Free clothes!

Excellent work! I've got a horrid feeling I am not going to fit into any my shorts. I'm living in some tie-dye dresses I bought in Ibiza at the moment.

I love the blouse Lils. In my experience, palazzo pants are hard to pull off.

I hoped they would be cool for work, whenever I go back there. Anyway they're not due in until the end of the month so I've cancelled the order and will try again when I get paid.

A couple of eBay purchases that I’m waiting on. I need to stop the late night browsing after watching Sewing Bee though. :toot:

Very nice items,Pip.

I like those jeans, Smal.

I have ordered a smock dress from O Boners as befits my new shape. I'm going to add my own pockets to it, because a dress like this should absolutely have pockets. I will tell them this.

Sort of I think, they're jeggings though. I am quite prepared to hate them and send them back (I don't often do well with paler trousers)

That's a lovely dress Marth!

Is it easy to add your own pockets Marth? I’d love to be able to do that on so many of my clothes.

I like those jeggings Smal, but know what you mean about paler denims.

That dress absolutely needs pockets! I was quite miffed that my Madewell dress upthread didn't have them.

I haven't done it before but I've found a few you tube videos and it absolutely can be done. I'll take a pattern from another dress and use and old black slip that I never wear.

I was idly wondering about inserting pockets into something I was wearing the other day. I wish I could sew well.

Have you got a machine? I think it's pretty simple. I would actually hand sew them in some things.

I generally don't buy stuff now unless it has pockets, dresses are bad enough but I have no idea why anyone would make trousers without them :ella:
