There’s a mid-season sale at COS so I ordered some things and this is what I’m keeping, as well as a pair of grey, merino wool wide-legged lounge joggers that will be nice to kick around in cooler weather at home. I can’t ALWAYS be in yoga leggings…

Well, I can’t add pics it seems. So I got a silk-blend men’s jumper in gradients green stripes, a silk shirt in a wide zebra print, and a short sleeved striped, boxy cotton shirt of the type I like wearing in warmer weather. Hopefully good for my next work trip too :fc:

I also just ordered a pair of DM black, platform sandals. I forgot I wanted some when everyone was wearing them last summer and just bit the bullet. I am hoping they arrive in time for my trip.

I’ve got this one on the way from eBay.

Cute!

Full disclosure here, I’ve bought two pairs of sunglasses that are meant to be Celine dupes from H&M, a checked skirt from M&S (so 90s!), a grey shirt from TopShop via Vinted, and two pairs of barrel leg jeans from Sainsbury’s. The jeans are meant to be Cos dupes, but are just nice.

I love the checked skirt! I want to find the top that matches it.

I have a stock alert set for it.

There’s a new version of the top too.

You have good shopping skills Pip! Those sunglasses are ace, as is that skirt. I got myself a long black denim skirt from Asos, via Vinted but brand new.

I tried this dress on today but they didn’t have my size. I’ve just tracked it down online and bought it. Annoyingly from the same shop. I feel the woman there could have made more effort to make the sale, but to be fair she did truthfully tell me the one I tried looked snug. :lg:

The brand is Soya Concept and I bought it from a local to my sister shop, called Blue Water. https://bluewater-clothing.co.uk/collections/clothing

They often have their stuff in TK Maxx.

(I am usually a 16 & tried the M, bought the XL, don’t mind if it’s a bit loose because of the tie.)

That colour will look so good on you! If the tie is like the one on the sezane dress, they make the fit :chefskiss:

I bought this necklace a few weeks ago from a charity shop, it’s Navajo silver and turquoise.

It is so tarnished, it’s going to take me forever to get it cleaned up.

And it’s so old, there’s a sticker on the back that says “authentic Indian hand made” instead of Native American or First Nations.

I have spent a fair bit of today cleaning it up. Need to get one of those toothbrushes I used to have for cleaning my braces to get into the crevices but I made a lot of progress. At one point I was thinking the two side pieces were supposed to be black but with a little elbow grease it’s coming together
