The top is cotton jersey and the bottom is woven cotton fabric - twill? Is that what you call it? (I have no idea  ).

I’ve got Duo’s dress now and I love it.
The Next kimono one? I have that to collect tomorrow, I so hope one of the 2 sizes works!
Yes, it’s nice & loose.

Thank you all for the compliments and birthday wishes! :))

That orange dress is great too! Very versatile, particularly in black.

I just collected one (the smaller one) and it’s fab! Thanks for the recommendation! But, umm, as a non dress (and underwear) wearer, is it a bit seethrough in the light?

I’ve only tried it on in my house with all the blinds drawn! I’m not too concerned.

Do you not wear pants, Margo? (Sorry for the pervy question, but I am interested)

I bought Duo's dress, and when I went into Next to pick it up, I had a look round as I have a wedding reception next weekend. It's been so long since I went to anything remotely formal so I had no idea what to wear

Anyway, I tried this on and it's really nice although I will need some fairly industrial underwear too :))

The Duo dress is pretty big on me, both width and length so I've ordered the 14 and the 16 petite to try.

I have the 14 regular and it's very roomy. I could've sized down but found the Looseness helped in the heat

Yeah, I still want it loose. The 16 was very loose on me and also fairly long. Petite stuff is often cut a bit smaller overall, not just in length so I think that or the 14 might work for me.

I got the 16 regular but it’s more maxi than midi on me. Hope you find a fit that you’re happy with, it’s such a nice dress. Thanks Duo!
