I reckon you’ll make it brilliant, Baa.

Right I’ve just spent ages trying to fish through my phone for a “before”, and here are a couple (complete with small children plastic shitshow  ). So the garden was fenced into two separate parts, with a fence down the middle that also had bricks towards the further part.

And when the destruction commenced:

And this is it right now. Just so much better!

The play frame and worlds largest trampoline are on the other side of the garden now so it’s much neater.

It’s not all completely level (it slopes a bit towards the gate at the back and is a bit wonky in other areas) but considerably cheaper and less faff than getting the diggers in and re-levelling it all completely. Now the grass has grown properly (it did take what felt like forever  ) you really wouldn’t know.

Oh wow! That does look much better! A bit of a slope to the gate is no big deal, at least water will go that way if you have a flash flood :))

That looks brilliant Pov, just right for two small tearaways!

Nope, no pictures yet Baa, it's still being tamed, and the glorified shed/studio is in pieces all over the back as we're midway through tearing it down, patching it up and putting it back up. This may take some time :))

I'd be cashing in every labour favour I had for that allotment - but you'll be able to feed a village when you're done!

Wow - it’s huge Pov. The boys will love it.

I’m so proud of husband for making our garden so lovely. Pic for those who haven’t seen FB.

We’ve still got a bit more to plant out and my veggie patch at the back is sprouting happily away

I went back to the allotment today so I could have a better look, and I do actually think it's a half sized one! It's full sized according to the olden days measurements, but there are a good number of seriously enormous ones on the site. I am glad I didn't hold out for a bigger one as I had originally planned on doing that!

I asked MumBaa if 20 sweetcorn plants would be too many, and she told me that she has just planted 200
