I'm getting a crick in my neck from looking at picture #5 and trying to figure out what it is. Not as much of a crick as I'd get trying to use that corner loo, admittedly.

Isn't it an extractor in a kitchen? No idea why it warrants its own photo, let alone such an extreme close up though!

How many times would you bang your head in that loo!?

Oh! An ultra modern extractor fan on the diagonal, that's what it is - thank you. What an....interesting picture.

That teeny tiny loo!

I love the way that they couldn't wait another couple of days until the living rooms were at least fully painted before taking the photo.

Honestly, nothing like trying to show your property in the best light is there? One of the bedrooms doesn't have a door according to that floorplan. Why on earth do some EAs find it so hard, its what they do everyday FFS

No bedroom door and apparently a window between bathroom and ensuite. Maybe you have to rappel into the bedroom via the balcony. As though invading an embassy.

It's a couple of glass bricks rather than a window, Tex, thankfully, you can see them in Picture 2. But the rappelling into the bedroom via the balcony is really amusing me :))

I thought it was something like that but I still don't like the idea.

My definition of bungalow is a bit different to Rightmove's

Maybe someone got confused from photo 2 and didn't realise it was just far away.

That is no bungalow.

The floorplan of this "house" (and also its relatively low price for the type of house and area) had me completely flummoxed until I looked on streetview. Basically someone has carved a small flat out of the back half of the ground floor. So the tiny flat gets the garden, the 3 bed house just gets a parking space at the front and a bizarre layout. That seems daft to me.

The location of the house is wrong on the map - you need to look instead at the house on the corner of Lambton Road and Kenwyn road, not Pendarves. The entrance to the flat is through the garden gate giving onto Kenwyn Road.

Someone trying to maximise their return from developing the site, I guess, Rebs? Two properties to sell must bring in more than one big house.

That "bungalow" is absolutely lovely. I'll take it, if no-one else wants it..? :))

I can't believe they'd get planning permission for that. What a shame, its such a beautiful house.

I suppose so but you'd think an otherwise family sized house would be much harder to sell with no garden at all and somebody else living on half your ground floor. It shows as being reduced, interestingly. It would easily be worth close to a million left intact and converted to the loft as it has been.

I agree Smal: it seems wrong somehow.

Actually it would be worth more than a million based on this one. Same road.

Small, far away

And on that note. Picture 9.

Is that two baths in one room? TWO? If so why?
I'm slightly hoping it's actually a sink taken from a funny (small, far away) angle but I think it is actually two baths in a single room. (Picture 12 though!)

His and Hers baths!

Other than the dual baths, I really like that house.

Oh I love it, but can't imagine any scenario (for rude stuff, for convenience) where you'd want to have a bath in the same room as somebody else having a bath.
