That first picture is not inclining anyone to click through! I am agog that any EA thinks they are acceptable pictures. Do they not want to sell it?

Maybe it's a couple who are divorcing, and one has forced the other to put it on the market :puzz: There can be no other explanation!

Bins, bathroom, bathroom, bathroom....- oh, look, finally a habitable room!

It's a weird sort of EA. By their own website blurb, it shouldn't even be on Rightmove because it should have sold within 28 days to a waiting investor - whoosh! :ella:

Gosh, that’s dreadful! Though I admit the picture of the bins would have encouraged me to click through to the house details just because surely none of the other photos can be as bad.
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

Oh that's like the company my MIL used (having failed to sell for 4 months... 2 of which were in lockdown, mind you). We (and her husband) were really sceptical of them, because it's really weird set up, but TBF, it did actually sell within 28 days, and not for some hideous cut price offer. They really did rustle up quite a lot of bone fide seeming viewings. I still don't really understand what the deal is (I mean, they charge a higher fee, but they're up front about that, I couldn't get my head around why the 'investors' were on their data base).

Given where it is and the state of the sofa plus the number of bathrooms, I reckon it's a student shared house investment. I had a friend at uni whose parents bought her a house in second year. Obvs, we then completely trashed it. :look:

Interestingly it looks like they have put the house on with a more conventional estate agent now

Still the same sad little kitchen, though, and the horrible red flowery wallpaper. I'd want a lot more kitchen than that for 650 grand!

I really like this one: https://www.domain.com.au/17-mackenzie- ... gLAmvD_BwE It looks so tiny from the front. Sold for around $12m apparently.

I love that one, Est. Although I think you're using the Aussie definition of "tiny" there. :))

That's beautiful, smal! Aside from the lime-green painted room. Still, if you had nearly 6 million to invest, I'm sure you could run to a few hundred extra for it to be painted over.

Because they said it about 58 times EVERY episode! I remember when they got a new fangled email address and it was something like http:/?the//www.big!)))+>>breakfast.com. I thought 'well thats never going to catch on'
