There's not a single likeable thing about that house is there?

Oh Philip, you are a one.
Philip Paznikov from Focal Real Estate has sold 8 properties in the last 12 months, with an average sale price of $425k and total sales valued at $3.0m*.
Is that good? I have no idea, but less than one a month doesn't seem much to brag about.

Nah, that’s pretty shit I think, Tabs. I looked up the agent who sold our house and he was at 182 houses last 12 months.

I’m glad that wasn’t just me who thought that!

The "Throne Room".... I honestly thought the throne had to be a "throne" but there's no other bathroom stuff. What could they possibly be using the room for?

Sex on the cold stone floor? Looks uncomfortable. :vanilla:

This has to be one of the ugliest houses I've ever seen. It has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

I quite liked the aquarium until I realised it wasn't an aquarium

It’s like the person who designs static caravan interiors was given the job of converting a nursing home into a domestic property and they spent all of their advance and the refurbishment budget on crack.

This has the bones of being a lovely property (and it's in a very sought after area), but after looking at the photos all I can think of is how much it will cost to redo the kitchen and plumbing. Picture 22 (the blue loo) really doesn't sell it.

And that the estate agent recently got a drone, so he's getting his money's worth of it. I could do with twice the number of interior shots and only one or two drone shots.

If I win the lotto tonight (I haven't bought a ticket) I'd be tempted.
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

Gosh, it is all v. elderly isn’t it? I’d worry that Redrow would get permission to throw 900 houses up behind it too.

That would be amazing if you had the money to do it up. I think it would be a money pit though. I don’t think they’d be allowed to put more houses round there.

Some of the old furniture is nice too.

It's very evocative for me, there were a lot of that era of house in my life when I was growing up (not my family, but a lot of our extended circle).

Especially things like the garage, the kitchen, and the downstairs loo

That’s really familiar. I think there was a similar house on Grand Designs way back. Mental price though.
