I could plate my pasta up on it this evening but I think it will only fit about six pieces of penne* on it.

That plate is so sweet! I love that it's the perfect size for one Lebkuchen.
I've bought a cane chair for my dining room. I actually bought two but the bloke is having one. I need to buy a faux sheepskin and cushion for it tomorrow. The cats have one each at the moment. They will be bereft when one goes

How did I muss these. I really like them. Have you chosen a table yet?Heebie Jeebie wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 8:25 pm I've sold my dining table and chairs and although I haven't got a replacement table yet, I couldn't decide between two sets of chairs so got one of each. Hopefully they will look coordinated rather than just as if I get my furniture from a jumble sale.

I have indeed. And thank you for the opportunity to show off my latest purchase which is the new dining light. I've never installed a light fitting before and it took me 2 hours this afternoon, but I did it and am ridiculously proudMarth wrote: ↑Fri Nov 05, 2021 4:55 pmHow did I muss these. Lovely table. I love the shape and colour. Your room is really nice and so cosy with that light.
I have two similar type fittings in black for the hall but I am putting off getting up there and doing the wiring.

I thought of you when I was putting mine up, and how you always do your own DIY, you were my inspiration to give it a go.
Eta that was to Marth, though Pip is also most inspirational
