Would anyone like to buy a houseboat with me?

I looked at a houseboat on the Thames, when I was looking for my first flat. It was moored just below the Swan Pub in Battersea (if you know the area), and it was utterly grim. That, on the other hand ...

Isn’t it lovely? 4 bedrooms, 2 levels and a full bath.

It's lovely but I just keep thinking of the costs of maintaining the hull.

Instead of a houseboat, what about a house with a parking spot for a boat?

This is gorgeous- https://www.funda.nl/koop/lisse/huis-42 ... erskade-2/

There’s a bathroom here that defies description.

Wow. I feel like I can smell the damp in the carpet too.

I would actually really like a massive bathroom with a sofa though as I'm sick of sitting on the floor for hours while my kids make potions.

What's with only two people allowed to sit at that quite big kitchen table though, but a million are allowed in the dining room?

Why is the stripey three-piece suite on a stage, is what I want to know?

That is such a creepy house.

I enjoyed the house boat. I always worry about maintenance with things like that though too.

The royal bathroom house looks derelict from the front!

I'm perturbed by the two storey houseboat, plus you can really see the rooms that have been made nice, and the other ones

when I was a child my mum knew a woman who had blue rinsed hair, blue clothes, a blue car, blue carpets, a blue poodle - even her poor husband wore blue cardigans with his navy slacks :)).

I wonder if this house belongs to her grandchildren :puzz:
