Is that meant to be Alice in Wonderland?? I can't quite make it out. Oddness.

On another tack entirely, I absolutely love the vintage bathroom in photo 10 of this house. I would love to keep it intact, avocado suite and all

I'd keep the tiles, but not the suite!

I'd keep none of it, but I'd feel conflicted with guilt while I came to that conclusion. :))

Tiles, maybe, suite definitely not.

My parents kept their avocado suite well into the late 90s so it doesn't feel long enough ago to be properly retro to me. :))

Picture #4 has really tickled me. Was it really too much bother to pick up the two chairs and put them by the table?

Weird, it does for me. Anyhow, feast your eyes on the bright and airy glory that is this leasehold basement flat for a quarter of a million quid here - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for ... 14281.html

Oh, I am saddened. What happens if you go onto rightmove and look up property ref 55014281?

ETA Ah, you can't look them up by reference number. Does a link straight to the property on the EA website work? It'll be a real anti-climax now anyway :))

We are sorry but we could not find the property you have requested. This may be because:
the agent marketing the property has removed the details.
the link you have used is incorrect (this is most likely if you have copied the link into your browser).

Very weird. Maybe it's not indexing properly.

Very odd! But aha, I can get the link to the picture off the EA site -

Or perhaps I could tempt you with this glorious bathroom picture?

Oh, there's another chair lurking in the bushes. Maybe it went out and pushed the other chairs over, out of spite?

The links half work for me - I can see the picture index along the bottom but the main photo display is 90% blue'd out with a tiny line of pic visible in the middle. How odd.

Anyway I love the aftermath of the fight to be the garden chair of solitude. "THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!" *thump, thump*

That's just freaky. Maybe they're behind in paying their Rightmove fees?

I love those chairs, they look like the leavings of a hurricane. And really, what a crap estate agent!

Those chairs! Definitely a case of sack the agent. So random, almost like they weren't even looking as they took the shot.
