I can’t remember these vintage luggage racks but they must be good!

They were original stock from a batch of Metropolitan Line tube trains, sold through the London Transport Museum.

I have bought myself a Jen Orpin print for my home office. We went to the last day of her exhibition in Manchester yesterday and she was there and I had an absolutely lovely chat with her about motorways and journeys and family and Dads and Ford Cortinas and we both had a little weep about it all and she was absolutely LOVELY and told R off for laughing at my collection of motorway books. Anyway, if I get really rich ever I shall commission her to do a bit of the M60 for me, and if I don't get really rich I shall buy one of her original night driving canvases.

I really love the wooden tulips so when we went to IKEA yesterday I bought a vase but then I saw these at the local market today so bought them instead

I have bought a chair for the kitchen. It’ll mainly be used for the kittens to sleep on but I will also sit in it. We wanted a slightly different colour (more cream) but that had a 9 week delivery time and this one is being delivered on Wednesday.
