That's so lovely, Leap. Neither J nor I have any kind of interior style so our house is really plain and kind of empty. I'd love to be able to make a stylish corner like that, but nope!

My chair which the cat claimed immediately. I've got a column radiator boxed behind it waiting to replace the boxed in one. I also haven't hung pictures fully or decided how the front room should be etc etc

Very nice Leap! There's always so much space when the tree goes, isn't there?

The whole side table / wine / candle / lamp / blanket and cushion set up is extremely pleasing.

I would sit and read my book (and drink my glass of wine) there. Lovely.

Thank you. I'm too scared to sit there and drink red wine just yet (I'll probably be ok by the weekend! ) the blankets are essential as there is no real heating in the front room.

That’s really lovely Marth. It looks so cosy. Can you see the sea from there?

If you don’t have skills, that’s still really hard! I am hopeless and weep inside every time I go to my sister’s house as she’s brilliant at putting things together.

I love your chair, Marth. I want one like that for that mythical time when we have 'done the living room'. :))
