Excellent news, emmap! Do the children like it? I can't believe they'd not seen it! You're a cooler customer than me, we used to drive past the house we're in now almost every day in the weeks leading up to completion day. I have no chill :mrgreen:

We’ve just had an offer that’s €10k over what we need, and way over asking. And she’s a first time buyer, so no chain.

House went on the market two weeks ago. I’m a bit shocked to be honest.

And that is very cool emma. I’ve been doing weekly drive bys :)

Finally got hold of our EA this morning who has heard from our buyers that they are happy with the April date oroposed. Our solicitor is on leave this week but has the searches which are apparently ok. I’m starting to believe this might actually happen...

I have officially started moving out as I have put a bag in the car boot so it's out of the way of the packers tomorrow. :)) Mysteriously, another Sold sign has appeared outside the building.
