I wasn’t sure where to post this but I found this in a charity shop. It’s the same one I used to spend hours reading as a kid planning my dream house so it was really sweet timing.

How perfect! I used to pour over the Laura Ashley catalogue picking out my future interior designs

That's a very cheery triptych, Est.

A radiator isn't the most exciting of purchases but I'll show you anyway. Our kitchen, despite underfloor heating, often feels cold when the outdoor temperature drops (I think because of all the glass). So I had this tall, skinny electric radiator fitted in the corner. I'm really hoping it will help!

I love that and would spend all day loitering near it.

Full height radiators are the best for a full body warming. I regularly plaster myself against ours (which looks exactly like Rosa's but wider)

Couple of festive cushions I got this week (that sofa doesn’t match anything and I’m waiting delivery of new grey covers for it)

Did anyone get anything new for Christmas? Or anything in the sales?

I ordered a new duvet set (just a white seersucker one) and some candles from JL. I also ordered a boot holder and a coat rack for the hallway from Cox and Cox. I hate having coats in the hallway but there's nowhere else for them to go in this house.

I would like to get a garden table and thought I might see one in the sales but have only seen one in Habitat so far.

I got myself brushed cotton bed set in red from Next in the online sale to make me feel warmer and crosier this winter (I don’t think the temperature has gone above freezing since Wednesday)

That's a good idea, Hazey.

I've now ordered two new towels and a candle holder. Oh, and a tape measure. I'm blaming my mum who keeps saying she's fine just sitting there reading her book but asking me continually what I'm doing every time I get up meaning it's easier to just sit here with my laptop.

I got such a pretty hourglass (strictly a 31 minute glass, I just timed it) but I need to find a place for it where it won’t catch the sun.

The shape is so pleasing.

I got these for A& E’s beds and they are so nice that I’m going to get one for my bed too.
