The last prisoners to escape left it there.

Is that an old fridge dumped at the end of it?

That's a well depressing flat!

Me and Mr Cos have been laughing at this spectacularly neat house, speculating that they had already moved out because its so sparse. Until you get to the photo of the garage :mog: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property/108849389

I wonder if they're living IN the garage while it's on the market

It's what made the clearly brutal cut that's fascinating. Like the fridge magnets and little garden doodads. And all those bottles in the bathroom. :george:

The bottles in the bathroom that highlight zero storage!

Oh, that poor sparse and unloved house. The only bit that has some life about it is the overgrown lawn!

It really does feel like an unloved house

My brother and SIL have had an offer accepted on a farmhouse near Totnes today which I feel is a massive money pit :nerves:

It's a very sad house isn't it.

Totnes is lovely though, such a nice place to live

That courtyard “garden”! Is it a wardrobe or a fridge freezer? And what’s with the power cable from a different property, and the ladder? :panic:

That Brighton flat is so dark, dingy and depressing - I feel hemmed in and claustrophobic just looking at the pictures!

Oh my giddy aunt. The decor! The skeletons! Please ensure you have a strong stomach before looking too closely at the bathroom picture: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/108387638

Eurgh, Rosy! Surely nobody can live like that??? I twitch if my cans are facing the wrong way in the pantry, or if my candlesticks aren’t lined up properly!

I’ve just street-mapped it; there are two possible houses that it could be. One that matches the door/window pattern but doesn’t have the car port (and the drive has three vehicles in it) and the other is entirely hidden behind overgrown trees and shrubs such that I can’t even see the roofline!

Can confirm, yes, some people live like that. Especially when their mental health is not good. For those of you remember my sister and her problems a few years ago.

More people than you'd imagine too. I assumed Mr Trebus was a one off, then my sister worked for the housing department for a while and I realised it was surprisingly common.
