I know this is a desirable area in London and will probably sell quickly, but honestly, would you not have cleared out the clutter at least ? (Pic 3 especially!)

When we were selling my mum’s house (Fulham) the estate agent told us not to worry too much about clearing out the clutter as it wouldn’t make any difference.

Surprising, as it looks clean and well maintained, not like they've shovelled hoard out of the other rooms.

I think it looks like it's in the process of being cleared out/cleaned, rather than a hoarder house. Definitely better to wait a couple of days for the photos but I bet the agents insisted as it would sell in minutes anyway. I used to live on that road (in a crappy rented flat over a shop). :love2:

No photos of the interior + bad health of current owners leads me to think the house broke them.
No photos of the interior is weird. It looks like they tried to make a business out of weddings.
Do you watch the Brits buy castles thing on channel 24?

Would anyone like to live in an old stroopwaffle factory?

Yes please Hazey! The multiple shower curtains would need to go, but an amazing building.

I think I would like to stay in it as an Air B&B (with complimentary stroopwafels), but wouldn't actually want to live there.

I would like to roller skate round their kitchen. Shower curtains are disturbing.
