Wow. That's pretty incredible. I can imagine living there more with the Australian climate.

That pantry
I could live there.
I could live there.
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

The woodland around it is just beautiful. They have our bunkbeds
The wine “cellar” pic is cracking me up.

I don't like it either, Cerise! It's just not a home. I like the tennis court, pool and woodland, though And the big windows/views.

Re: Strange & Unusual Houses
There are bits of it that I really love - the mosaic bathroom, the polished concrete floor, the views from the bedrooms. I’m not sure I would buy it if I were realistically buying something in that price range though.

What's the big shiny green thing in the middle of it? I hate that. I could happpily live in it though, although I really dislike how it looks from the outside. The purple couch would have to go as well.

I don’t understand the shiny green thing either. Also hate the purple outdoor sofa but love the idea of an outdoor room like that. I noticed Wendy and Marty’s house had one in Ozark and I really coveted it. Outdoor fireplace

I think it's the wall to a bathroom (?). Horrible.

I thought it was the wall to the dressing room. The doors of that look green.

I think it's beautiful, but I'm not sure it's very comfortable or cosy. Also, I have seen too many horror films to be able to live in a house with such enormous windows.

Re: Strange & Unusual Houses
That is..quite something. SO many thoughts. First of which, the armchair/TV/oven set up is... unusual. The giraffe looking out to sea made me laugh. The 'garden' is so depressing.
Is there no view? I was expecting some photos of a lovely sea view or something. Is L St A quite expensive? £600k seems quite a lot for a house that needs a huge amount of work.

Re: Strange & Unusual Houses
Lytham was always where you retired to, if you were a bit "posh". I imagine whoever lived there was elderly and spent their time watching TV next to the range, judging by the kitchen set up.
There's bits of that house I genuinely love, the space, the original bones of it, the glazed walls and the relief in the sitting room. I sort of like the carpets too . The outside is horrible though. It looks like a conservatory that's lost its home.
