That's hilarious!

I present this house. It's not horrible, just...random. Random lamppost at the end of the garden (?). Random beams on the ceiling of the bathroom in a modern house. Random pillar and random dog photo in the loft room. And then there's a couple of spot the difference photos too, where they show the same room, but now there's something missing....

Not really - just day dreaming after spending hours on video calls this week admiring the beach views behind a colleague who lives on the coast

That first house is in such an enviable position, Liv, I would put up with almost any interior! Though the brick pillar randomly placed in the middle of the room would need *something* done to it if I lived there. It’s a shame they haven’t made more of the inside.

Is it a chimney stack? Coming through the converted loft. I can't work it out. So stupid not to remove it, who doesn't want a spacious room with a beautiful sea view...completely obscured by brickwork?!

If it has to be there for structural reasons (I can’t tell from the photos) surely they should skim it and paint it white. If not, get rid of it rather than put it front & centre in the photo.

This is a house What Smal Made. I am sure you're all dazzled by the exciting architecture, palatial rooms and fine finish

In actual fact I designed it for the woman who owned the adjoining house, got planning permission, then she sold her house with the PP and a builder bought it and I wasn't involved any further. It's almost literally round the corner from where I live though so I pass it often. Don't blame me for the boring appearance or the weird wedge shaped garden, you have to do that shit to get PP.

I don't know tbh, it was finished quite a while ago but its o ly just appeared for sale. Suffice to say none of the fixtures or furniture is my doing

The kitchen straight onto the deck with bifolds is fabulous. The ramp option to the front door is a nice touch too.

Dressing it to sell with bulky furniture pointing at a non-existant telly is a bit odd though!

This is totally bonkers and I utterly love it- with the caveat that: a) I wouldn't want to live there and b) someone's done a terrible job upholstering those chairs with that crappy Ikea fabric
