I know this is a desirable area in London and will probably sell quickly, but honestly, would you not have cleared out the clutter at least ? (Pic 3 especially!)

When we were selling my mum’s house (Fulham) the estate agent told us not to worry too much about clearing out the clutter as it wouldn’t make any difference.

I think it looks like it's in the process of being cleared out/cleaned, rather than a hoarder house. Definitely better to wait a couple of days for the photos but I bet the agents insisted as it would sell in minutes anyway. I used to live on that road (in a crappy rented flat over a shop).
