I've backed away from the property I viewed over the weekend. The loft conversion would never get used and there are at least 3 interested parties so we're going with our original choice.

If I had a small cloakroom type bathroom I'd kit it out like this.

We are still waiting, apparently the hold up is our sellers solicitor, who hasn't confirmed something with our solicitor. Which is infuriating because our vendors were the ones who set the original date of the 29th of July. HUGH SIGH.

Our buyers are super keen too and are doing the surveys while we’re away I’ve spent the entire first afternoon of our holiday on the phone and emailing solicitors. Relaxing

Great news, emma_p! I must confess to a double-take at the exterior photo as it looks so like the house I lived in as a child in London - we didn't have the steps but the rest of it is so alike. I loved that house and I'm sure you'll love yours just as much.
