We are going to replace the tiled floors and re-do the laundry when we move in. MrE isn’t keen on the built in unit in that middle pic so we may re-visit that. I’d also like to re-do the bathrooms but that’s a longer term thing. The kitchen is virtually brand new which is great.

Thanks guys! The pool isn’t quite as nice as our current one I don’t think, but let me loose with some green panels and fairy lights and it’ll be improved.

I think that it looks big in the photos as it’s a sprawling bungalow. In reality it’s probably slightly smaller than our current (two storey) house.

Does that mean you have a move in date now, Est?

My buyers have had their survey back and there is apparently some damp. I spoke to the surveyor when he came round and he said he'd noticed a couple of patches that needed to be highlighted but there was nothing out of the oridinary for a property of this age. Buyers are having a damp specialist come round

so I expect the next step is going to be further negotiation on price
