We had a Malm for a long time (it’s in our spare room now) and I on occasion smacked my shin off the sharp corners which was just the worst.

Our bed has really pointy ends so bangs legs as often as stubbing toes. I broke my toe on our old bed one Christmas Eve. I howled a primal scream.

God yes, Malm is a bastard. Ours is in the spare room in the loft, so you’ve already got the sloping ceiling hazard to contend with. :)

Our Warren Evans bed creaked like a bastard when it was on our wooden floor but installed on carpet in our rental is much quieter. I will be laying carpet in our new house.

Oh God! I can practically feel your pain plus the smacked shins!

I’m scared of getting a new bed now. At least I know my way round the old one.

ha! I feel your pain but the creaking is driving me insane so I'm going to just JFDI.

What do we think about this? I think it will look lush against the burgundy walls. Also padding against walking into it.

I love Epps bed and Rosa's. Cosmos bed is appealing also. It's like a cosy hug.

I have wanted the simple oat Muji bed and headboard for ages. I might just buy it.

I need anti spider beds, so no fuss, I need to be able to see right under it and behind the (solid) headboard.
