I am so excited about the skylights, that side of the house is generally quite dark so I really wanted this extension to be as bright as possible. Its the reason I chose sliding doors rather than bifolds. Given that we live in Scotland, the likelihood is that we'll have them closed more often than open so I'd rather have 2 larger panels to look out of, than 4 smaller ones :lol:

What a lovely space!

I saw my neighbour’s extension this afternoon. Here’s started at the end of Feb & was finished last week. It’s a proper party kitchen now, shame we can’t actually go round there for one.
