Arghh, it was all going too smoothly! The bloody shower doesn't fit - it was tight but we lost wall space due to the tiles and now the shower frame is 10mm too wide :tantrum: This was only discovered last night at 8pm, when the plumbers were just about to finish and they said they'd go and see if they could sort a frame that fits but of course, it's a non standard size so difficult to source.

It's gutting but at least it's the shower room which we don't really need to use right away. If something had gone wrong in the kitchen, it would have been much worse because oddly enough, we don't have another kitchen to use

Yes, fortunately! We have the main bathroom which has a shower, and we can use the loo and sink in the shower room, its just the actual shower that we can't use.

So! The cleaners have been, and the builders have left, the flooring is still to go in (next week) so the kick plates are not on yet. And there is no furniture yet, but its almost done!

Totally :))

When the shower wouldn't fit the other night, I did feel a bit downhearted but they've sorted that now, and I feel like I can be giddy again!

No, I don't think I said, it'll be Amtico Worn Ash, in a herringbone style.
