He really does! His coat is bright and glossy, he's lost his haunted little look and he seems to be enjoying life. Not at the moment though as he hurt his leg pursuing a fox on Saturday. He ripped the lead out of my hand; thank God it got wrapped around a parked car as it stopped him dead in his tracks but he sprained his leg and he cried and couldn't move for a bit. :( Cue a midnight call with the vet (thank heavens for Manypet's 24/7 video vet calls!) who diagnosed soft tissue damage but no broken bones and diagnosed 2 weeks of 10 minute walks ONLY. Rosco would happily walk for hours and he is very annoyed, so much so that he's sleeping on another bed in the dark rather than be in the sitting room with me. :(

Everyone loves him. Most of all me. Thank you all for your support in this. It's because of you guys that I reached out and got him. I promise not to be too much of a bore about him.

Aah, poor boy, he’s not going to appreciate the short walks. Typical that the injury’s his fault and he’s punishing you for it.

You can’t bore about pets as long as you have the right audience. Although my neighbour is feeding the cats whilst I’m away and I’ve just WhatsApped her photos of them looking forward to seeing her, so I might not be the best judge.
