Here's my new addition!

Herbie is 2, he belonged to my cousin but she's just moved to Spain leaving him with my aunt who was struggling to cope a bit so I've stolen him.

He's settling in ok, I think. He's very silly and sweet but he can't go through a door unless it's been properly opened for him which is proving a bit annoying when trying to watch tv.

Oh and he peed in his carrier instead of his litter tray last night so less than 24 hours in I've already had to clean up cat pee. :ella:

Ella, your boy is so cute!

Herbie! I didn't think it would take you much longer to get another cat :))

I want to know why such a small cat takes up so much bed space :lg:

Herbie has a very characterful little face, I think. I suspect you're going to have your work cut out with him, Shoe!

Thank you for being nice about my little pea-head .

Pooor little Herbie (autocorrect went for Heebie :dotty:!) being ditched so young, but I'm glad he has a nice home with you.

Herbie is lovely  my cat also sits looking panicked at a door if it would require any shoving on his part to get through. sometimes I think he just likes treating me like a butler :lg:

I've discovered he can open doors no problem when he wants to! I caught him doing it last night when he thought he was alone. So, yes, I think he just wants a slave.

I've also discovered that he is really dribbly; when he comes onto my knee for a pet he starts to do the kneading thing that some cats do but as an addition, he also dribbles LOADS, like it drips out of his mouth. I am assuming it's not an issue, as such, except that I get really wet when he does it. I think he might have been taken from his litter too soon, the kneading is quite extreme and combined with the dribble it makes me think it might be something to do with weaning. He doesn't seem bothered by any of it though and it only happens while he's purring so I don't think it's a bad thing.

Our notourcat is dribbly too when getting petted.

He does look like he will turn into a lump of loveliness.

The poor little lamb. One of my old cats used to drool a bit. He's so clever to be able to open doors, though.

The only time these two quick smart it from their place of lounging : the opening of a plastic packet :hopingforham:

Flora has always just stepped out of a salon . I would feel judged every time she looked at me.

 her white beard is a bit lopsided at the moment as she gets so knotty and she's had a few dodgy cuts in my home salon :)). She probably had hairdresser phobias like the rest of us

I like how they've lined themselves up neatly with your tiles. Just a toe over the line for each of them so you know they're really interested :)).
