Loki had a box. Loki broke the box and is now looking at me accusingly, like I am the vandal. (His blue eye is a bit swollen again, I'm keeping an eye on it and will take him to the vet tomorrow.)

He has recurrent eye infections, so I treat them as they arise without bothering the vet unless they don't clear up in 24 hours. He's had some ointment, and I'll take him tomorrow unless it's all gone. He can have a mani-pedi while he's there too, he likes that.

Bruce from next door but one must be 5 now and still plays violently, and head butts you while you're working and hasn't learnt that it's better to retract your claws if you want to sit on a person's lap.

Joy is on her blanket on my desk, centimetres away from my face, and has been loudly and vigorously washing her privates for so long that I had to apologise for her on a Skype work call. I had to lean back to take this.
