It’s exactly like having a toddler . He was pestering me relentlessly but it’s too hot for a proper walk, so I’m taking him down to the river to look at the ducks .

One of my kittens likes to help with bed (un)making and laundry (un)folding. I would probably let Ted get away with being naughty too.

Ted looks like he wants to be everybody’s pal and can’t fathom why that’s not working out.

Lovely Ziggy, thank goodness you were there. How old is he now?

I'm so glad Ziggy got through his funny turn and hope the tests show something easily remedied. Lovely old chap :hbeat:

Teddy is so brilliant

Lovely old man Ziggy. I'm glad he is feeling better. That's such a nice photo.

I’d keep him away from those swans. They are nasty bastards

Ziggy is such a gorgeous old gentleman.

Bella is continuing to take her neighbourhood watch duties seriously, and approves of Teddy's investigations.

She was definitely angry about something! Possibly wheelie bin placement.

They really are! He likes to lie down in the shallow bit and cool off, minding his own business, but wherever they are they’ll come all the way over and start hissing.

I’m assuming it’s the same pair in that spot who wouldn’t budge a couple of weeks ago when we were trying to get the canoe out of the river. My husband said “could you try and move that swan” but the bloody things wouldn’t move, and sneered at my attempt to lure them away with a leftover hotdog roll .

ETA: stubborn swans

I hope Ziggy continues to get better. He's my favourite old gent.

Teddy is as Teddy as ever, as is nosey Bella.

Visitor cat (you may remember from a while ago) has been adopted by next door and they've also kept one of her kittens...they came for a play date this afternoon
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

I’m terrified of Swans after one went for S when she was tiny, they beautiful but can be vicious!

Lola’s back on cat yoga. She’s currently in the bad books for loosing another collar, this is the third.
