Yep. The breeder pointed it out to us. It’s apparently a throw back to a few generations ago and she hadn’t seen a puppy with one for a while.

Does it signify anything, or is it just one of the available nose options ?

I don’t think so. I’m pretty certain it’s not actually a “normal” Doberman thing.
