:love2: Like Buster in his pot. He's there nearly every day.

*not a cat owner* I think they like to feel constrained by something external, that’s why they sit in boxes. Perhaps it’s something Temple Grandin-y, but cat style.

I swore I wouldn’t get attached and she was S’s cat. But she cracks me up. We have a little greenhouse thing and she loves sitting in there, then she sits on your knee lies back and waits for her tummy tickled. I’ve never had a cat like her 😍

Lola is just so cute. I think Tom is broken; he doesn't like boxes

S has gone to Aberdeen to see his family, and Bella (who rarely comes onto the sofa) has decided she'll be my companion tonight.

Meet Elvis (possibly to be renamed Otis). He's in isolation for a month until we can have him neutered, but he'll have lots of human interaction in the meantime. We turned up to pick him up only to find they were in the process of bonding him with a young male, so we nearly didn't take him (I wasn't looking for another one but we couldn't leave him lonely  ), but the guinea pig woman told us they'd only been together for 20 minutes and it wasn't going well. He's a very dominant male but apparently has an 80% chance of bonding with females, even those with strong personalities, and may well help the vying for dominance that the sows are currently doing. (This goes against all my feminist instincts but apparently makes for a happy herd :)) )

We're leaving him be for 24hrs but he seems very sweet and affectionate, and the woman who'd been looking after him was obviously very attached to him and so happy he'd found a home

He is ridiculous. I hope he settles in ok (and that the sows utterly dominate anyway :mischief:).
