Much better!

We had a cat show up at our back door last night, that I'm worried has been dumped. We put out a big bowl of food, and it scarfed the lot. And we opened the door to our pool house so it could shelter. Doesn't appear to be feral.

The groomer said she was a bit nervous to start with and then settled really well. I can’t get over how soft she is!

She is so tidy and pretty.

That's a very nice looking cat, LM.

It is a pretty tabby. Though hard to see in the dark. My main concern is that it had a rather large tummy from what I could make out, so it could be pregnant. There is also a huge snow storm about to hit later today.

I will look for her/him in the pool house later, and put some food out to see if they reappear.

The tabby did reappear for some dinner last night. I had to make a little snow shelter for the bowl, but it seemed to be appreciated. They have vanished again. There was a lot of meowing afterwards, but they won't come near.

My brother's dog is here for the weekend. He has claimed the spare bed already, and ignored my instructions about staying on the towel :ella:

This is my furry grandchild. My son and daughter-in-law are both working nights at the minute so he is staying with me a couple of nights a week
