Application form query

Post by speedy gonzalez »

I don't want to be here but here I am.
I'm filling in an application form for a potential new job. Hoewever, I'm not sure what to select for the question about being eligible to work in the UK. The options I have are EEA National (which I though we were no longer part of) or non EAA. What does the collective turtle brain think please? I was born in the UK to British parents.

There should be somewhere else where you state or select that you're a British passport holder/National which makes that question irrelevant so you can ignore it or N/A it. If not then their form is silly. :george: We are indeed not a part of the EU or EEA thanks to fucking Brexshit but to me saying you're non-EAA implies you're from elsewhere in the world and not the UK.

In that case it does seem to be a silly form! It's a drop down box type form . There's no option to select n/a and the drop down box defaults to EEA National. Thanks Rebs.
Maybe it's a tiny bubble which is still in the EU in which case yay!
